I had the best time at my neighbor’s party last week. She invited all of their friends and family over for her husband’s 40th birthday. He did not know about the party and it was a great surprise for him. The party had a Mexican theme, and it was quite a fiesta. There was Mexican music, food and drinks. My favorite was the margarita. For dinner I tried a little of everything and it was all delicious. I had a taco, a fajita, an enchilada and a wonderful bean and rice side dish. After dinner there was another surprise. She hired a professional salsa dancer to give a dance lesson to everyone at the party. After the salsa lesson we all danced the night away. She did a great job putting this party together. Her husband just loved his 40th birthday party. This is sure to be something everyone will remember forever.
